This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No 194/2008 is replaced by the text of Annex II to this Regulation. Annex V to Regulation (EC) No 194/2008 is replaced by the text of Annex I to this Regulation.Ģ. In order to ensure that the measures provided for in this Regulation are effective, this Regulation should enter into force on the day of its publication,ġ. Accordingly it is not appropriate to include their names in Annex VI of Regulation (EC) No 194/2008. In the case of the individuals identified in Annex IV of Council Decision 2011/239/CFSP, the effects of their listing in Annex II of the same Decision are suspended. Annexes V, and VI to Regulation (EC) No 194/2008 should therefore be amended accordingly.
